Do I need a medical exam?
No. Our memberships do not require a medical exam.
Is this health insurance?
This is a MAO Benefits membership plan. It is NOT health insurance: it does not pay providers on your behalf and does not cover hospital expenses. Your membership gives you access to services and prices agreed with the network.
Can I enroll my family?
Yes. There are memberships for more than one person; in some the price goes up with each member. Each plan’s details say how much each one adds.
When can I use each benefit?
Some from the first payment and others unlock with your monthly payments (for example, at payment 3 or 6). Each plan says so in its details. Prepaying several months unlocks them right away.
How do I access my benefits?
When your membership activates, you get a link to create your account. There you have your digital card, which you show at the clinic or pharmacy.
